Véritable coup de coeur, ce Lomo est excellent. Son goût est unique et savoureux. Nous le prenons dans son format entier et celui-ci nous est envoyé coupé en deux et emballé sous-vide. Pratique, pendant que nous dégustons une partie, l'autre se conserve dans son emballage.

Il y a beaucoup de choix. Ce qui est pratique c'est que l'on peut choisir un produit sous différents formats : du jambon entier, du désossé, en tranches ainsi que de la charcuterie : Lomo, Fuet et bien d'autres produits. Les différents produits sont bien emballés, ce qui permet une bonne conservation. Le colis est bien protégé et la livraison est rapide.
