Wir haben 100% Iberischen bellota vorderschinken aus salamanca bestellt. Wir waren im oktober vor ort und haben uns ein gutes stück ausgewählt. Das hat uns so gefallen, dass wir mehr wollten.

Jetzt haben wir 2.3kg bestellt. Der geschmack ist wie gewohnt super, die verpackung und versand sind auch 1A. Leider kann man beim Versand den Jamon vorher nicht anschauen, das heisst man bekommt irgend ein stück, das sie gerade rumliegen haben. Unser stück das wir erhalten haben ist extrem fettig und hat nur wenigen fleisch daran. Das ist sehr enttäuschend. Der geschmack ist dennoch lecker.

Schade, bin enttäuscht, werde das nächste mal vorher anrufen oder das gespräch suchen.
