No ha sido clara la parte donde hay que poner los datos de envío y de facturación.
Lo que quería era hacer un regalo a otra persona y, despues haber puesto mi nombre y el de la persona donde hacer el envío, recibía mail a nombre de la persona a la que quería enviar el regalo.
Había escrito un mensaje de texto de felicitaciones y la persona no recibió nada (tampoco el nombre de quien se lo enviaba)

Nous avons été surpris par votre commentaire, car après 17 commandes passées chez nous en huit ans, nous nous attendions à ce que vous nous signaliez si un produit ne correspondait pas à nos attentes. En tant que client depuis huit ans, je l'ai examiné et vous n'avez jamais eu la moindre plainte concernant nos produits. Comme je vous l'ai déjà indiqué par e-mail, si un produit est trop gras ou ne correspond pas à ses attentes, n'hésitez pas à nous contacter et nous trouverons une solution. Nous sélectionnons nos produits avec le plus grand soin, mais il nous arrive parfois de manquer une palette un peu plus grasse ou plus sèche.
