Délicieuse, 2 ans , le souci pour les non initiés, c'est la découpe propre et correcte pour en profiter au maximum !!!! Voilà pourquoi je ne mets que 4 * sur 5, je pense qu'un papier indicatif dans le sac avec le jambon, son positionnement sur le présentoir, la position des os, comment démarrer , par ou, serait une aide très précieuse pour en profiter pleinement.

Le produit, palette 50% iberico, a plu à tous mes invités. La livraison s'est bien passée, comme prévue, la fraicheur du produit parfaite. Il faut mieux connaître sa structure pour la découpe, je me suis embêté pour y arriver !!! Mais de l'avis général, c'etait très bon !!!
