Unfortunately, very unprofessional order processing. I ordered the pata negra ham with the more expensive express delivery and paid for it, but the delivery was delayed. This is FedEx's fault, but it's still annoying when you've paid the higher shipping price and the shipment arrives in “normal time.”
Then came the negative surprise: I had ordered boneless ham, but it was delivered with bones.
Only after we sent photos was this acknowledged and the shipment was to be sent back. Carla promised to send us our boneless ham on the same day and confirmed by email that we would receive the ham the following Monday. Nothing arrived on Monday. And on Tuesday, I realized that the ham we had paid for had only been prepared for shipping on Tuesday. Now we are waiting to see what other negative surprises are in store. I will never buy anything from Jamonarium again!

Primera vez comprando en Jamonarium y ha sido un éxito. Los productos fueron entregados en Alemania al dia siguiente: hice la compra un Lunes por la tarde y el Martes recibí el envío. Casi tan rápido como haber ido a una tienda de ultramarinos y delicateses en Alemania, pero con mejor precio, variedad y calidad. El costo de envío me pareció razonable dentro de lo que cabe y lo más importante: los productos son excelentes!

La fase di acquisto è stata perfetta. Prima, durante e dopo la spedizione. Il prodotto acquistato era di qualità indiscussa e anche la confezione gradevole. Mi sarei però aspettato un imballo migliore; intendo la scatola usata per il corriere. Era rovinata e si apriva solo a guardarla. Per fortuna l’interno non era danneggiato ma è stata una fortuna.

Un kit de productos seleccionado por jamonarium (queso, un sobre de jamón, vino y aceite) los productos era de primerísima calidad y estaban muy buenos. La entrega fue rápida y todo llegó en perfecto estado. Volveremos a pedir en esta empresa que se nota que les gusta el trabajo que hacen y el cariño que ponen
