Buenos días Eva. Lamentamos que no te haya gustado el lote de productos. Normalmente nuestros clientes están satisfechos. Es un lote sencillo, 29€, pero con productos de calidad. Si algún producto no está en buen estado o no está bueno ten en cuenta que puedes contactar con nosotros y lo solucionaremos. Hasta ahora no habíamos recibido ningun contacto por tu parte.
