Bonjour Noëlle, merci de votre avis, ça nous aide a meilloré. Je voudre vous explique un peut à propos des affinages des jambons ibériques. Dans nos descriptions de jambons entiers nous donnons le temps d'affinage comme "plus de X mois". Nous faisons cela parce que sécher un jambon de 6 kg n'est pas la même chose que sécher un jambon de 9 kg. Les gros jambons, comme celui que vous avez acheté 8,5 kg, nécessitent un affinage plus long. Dans ce cas, les jambons dont nous disposons actuellement ont entre 3 et 4 ans et sont parfaitement affinés et très juteux. Si pour une raison quelconque votre jambon n'est pas en bon état. Veuillez nous envoyer un e-mail et nous résoudrons le problème. Merci pour votre confiance. Bien à vous. Alex.

Encontramos la tiend apor internet y nos pareció un buen sitio para comprar jamón ibérico del bueno. La realidad ha superado a las expectativas, la persona que nos estubo ayudando a hacer el pedido. Alex, fue super amable y paciente. El jamón que nos enviaron ha sido una delicia, creo que no va a durar mucho en casa, los peques les ha encantado. En Navidad vamos a ordenar otro jamón pero de los más buenos. Saludos.
