Bonjour, j’ai l’habitude d’acheter des produits chez vous et j’ai toujours été satisfait . Cette fois ci, j’ai été très déçu par les délais de livraison. Acheté le 17/12/2023, notre colis a été livré seulement le 04/01/2024.
C’est très décevant car c’était un cadeau pour les fêtes de Noël.

Ha sido una compra genial. El producto ha sido una paletilla de cebo que he enviado a mi hijo a Alemania. El envío ha sido rápido aún teniendo en cuenta que eran las fiestas de navidad. Ha llegado en prefectas condiciones y según mi hijo, la paletilla estaba buenísima.
Ya es la segunda vez que utilizo este servicio para enviar productos a Alemania, y sin duda, seguiré utilizándolo por el servicio, por la calidad y por el precio. Un 10 en todo.
