Ottimo il confezionamento sottovuoto e il fatto che arrivi anche l'osso della spalla da cui hanno ricavato le confezioni, ad esempio per poter fare un brodo. Per il sapore non posso ancora dire, visto che sono per fare dei regali, ma nelle vaschette il prosciutto si presenta di un bel colore e con il grasso ben proporzionato rispetto alla parte magra.

Tirare fuori dal frigo tempo prima. Non va mangiato freddo ma a temperatura ambiente, affinché sprigioni tutto il sapore anche con il grasso
