Après avoir essayé l'épaule Bellota Guijuelo Salamanca qui nous a plutôt déçue car très grasse et d'un gout que nous avons qualifié d'ordinaire, nous sommes revenus au Cebo. Cette fois-ci le Cebo de Campo qui est délicieux.
Nous sommes enchantés, comme nous l'étions pour l'épaule de Cebo.
