Ho già acquistato prodotti da Jamonarium (Joselito Gran Reserva intero), ultimamente invece La spalla di Pata Negra sia Punta che cana perchè ho comprato anche una Berkel manuale e devo dire che pur tagliato a macchina il prosciutto rimane sempre un gran prodotto.
Che posso dire, oltre un ottima qualità, un buon rapporto qualità prezzo, il servizio di consegna è perfetto, tutto tracciato e puntuale.
Ovviamente io continuerò ad acquistare, consiglio a tutti di fare altrettanto.

Le jambon Iberico, en paquet de 100 g, est très bon. Malheureusement, il est impossible de détacher les tranches car elles adhèrent les unes aux autres.

Bonjour Richard, merci de votre avis. Pour que le jambon arrive chez vous dans de conditions optimes il faut l'embalez sous vide. Ça fait que les tranches peuvent etre un peu collés. Une bone façon de ameillorer ça c'est de le sortir du frigo 30 min avant de servir, Quand les tranches sont pas froides elles se détache meilleure. Cordialement.
