Hace unas semanas hice un pedido para la familia de un jamón 100% ibérico de Guijuelo Jamonarium. Siempre compro 5J porque son los que conozco y porque casi siempre salen buenos. Esta primera prueba con el jamón de Jamonarium ha sido un éxito, El jamón era espactacular, punto justo de curación y grasa la justa. Sabor igual o mejor que los 5J. Deciros que de momento vamos a seguir por aquí y el próximo lo pediremos un 100% de Jamonarium de Los Pedroches. Un saludo.
