100% Duroc ham is quite a massive piece of about 8.25 kg size, with a lot of meat in it. It is tasty and has a nice ordour of nuts. It has surprisingly a black hoof, while I was expecting white. Also I enjoyed a lot the wine served at the Nobel prize dinner, in particular Swedish royal family. This is Formiga, Priorat, I recommend it.
