the products arrived one day past the date indicated by the carrier. no big deal. the main complain is that, due the high temperatures we are experiencing these days in most of europe, the tins of tuna felt really warm and so was the jambon. fortunately, the it did not affect the flavor of either the tuna or the jambon. i am sure not not easy to manage this but i would recommend you please a sticker in the packaging indicating to keep the product cool.

Thanks Piergiorgio for your review. These days have been really hight temperatures and we are trying to send the debonned and cut ham with isotermic boxes. I'm glad that all the products arrive in perfect for a total enjoying. We keep on improving our packaging and shipping. Regards!

Der Schinken (50% Iberico) war sehr schmackhaft. Man konnte ihn gut schneiden, die Verpackung macht etwas her und der Versand nach Deutschland via Express hat 3 Tage gedauert.

Alles in allem also ein sehr gutes Ergebnis. Der 100% Iberico wird die nächste Bestellung sein.
