Bonjour Juliette, merci de votre avis. Je regret que votre jambon n'a pas été de votre satisfaction. Si le jambon a trop de gras contactez nous par Email et nous verra de trouver une solution. De toute façon vous avez achetez une épaule Duroc qui normalement à une 60% de gras et os. Les épaules ont plus de gras et os en proportion que les jambon (patte arrière). Une équipe très réactive et professionnel !
Jamonarium , nous a même fait une remise lors de notre première commande.
