La carne è davvero degna di nota; è stato in ottimo acquisto anche se la prossima volta prenderò quello più grande perché qui c’è molto osso. Ho sbagliato io la scelta comunque lo consiglio è consiglio pezzature più elevate della mia (4,5Kg).
