El pedido llegó cómo prometido 48h.
Pero el jamón ( un Joselito) que me llegó no ha sido bien conservado, muy secó.
Tengo costumbre de hacer mis pedidos en otro sitio internet, es la primera vez que me llega un jamón tan seco.
. cómo es la primera vez que encargó en esta casa. Esperó qué no es recurrente.
Pero para mí es la primera y última vez.

Very disappointed with my last purchase. I spent 450 euro to buy an entire jamon de bellota 100% iberico from Salamanca and the majority of it is just grease.
I am trowing the majority of it into the garbage..
I buy a full jamon every year so I have quite a long lasting experience but this year is very bad, no meat only grease...
I need to be reimbursed as this is not acceptable at all...I have plenty of pictures to support my comments...

Hello Luca, thanks for your comments. As you may know all the hams are different and there are some with more fat and other with less. After seen your pictures we have notice you ham had much more fat than the average. We have send you a mail with a solution. We try to select our hams so they are in the correct average fatty qualtity, but sometimes we dont' get it. Kind regards
