Bonjour,
Commandé la veille, j'ai été livré le lendemain.
Côté qualité, j'ai commandé du 100% et du 50% IBERICO PATA NEGRA. La différence est notable quand on recherche vraiment le goût IBERICO PATA NEGRA, mais les 2 épaules désossées répondent aux attentes.
Le rapport qualité/prix est donc convenable.
Mon avis: ne déguster que le jour suivant l'ouverture du film sous vide pour retrouver toutes les saveurs attendues pour ce type de viande.
Je recommande.

Der Schinken wurde sehr hübsch verpackt geliefert. Er schmeckt phantastisch. Wir sind von der Qualität sehr überzeugt und freuen uns immer wieder auf ein "Häppchen". Wir werden wieder bestellen. Auch hier stimmt das Preis/Leistungsverhältlnis.

Bonjour Philippe, merci pour votre avis. Oui, la sobrasada est grase. C'est fait avec de la viande de porc et beacoup de graisse de porc. Ça la fait parfait pour tartiner. Une charcuterie espagnole moins graises peut etre le Chorizo ibérique, plus sec et beacoup de goût. Bien à vous.

Bonjour Philippe, merci de votre avis. Ce chorizo traditionel de León c'est de la viande de pork melangé avec du graisse et de morceux moin nobles du porc. Ça fait un chorizo rustique. Pour avoir un chorizo plus fin serait le Chorizo ibérique Bellota, snas doute. Cordialement.
