L'achat c'est très bien passé mais le produit n'est pas au top. Il ne paraît pas très bien découpé (épaule) et le gras est mal diffusé. Je suis pas certain que le cochon ait eu assez d'espace pour grandir. Enfin il est très très salé, clairement trop. Dommage

Jamon was of very poor quality. The meat was hard and scraggy.
The harvest with around 20% very low.
I war really disappointed for this price-performance ratio.
Not recommended at all!
