Brand or name of producer si hidden so lack of transparency.
Shipping with DHL is not the best, I paid a lot for an urgent delivery and ended to go and collect the goods by myself after 8 or 9 days. So 0 points here
Packing is very good
The overall service is satisfactory and I will return for sure.

Very tasty presunto, good quality you can tell it´s an aged presunto and not rushed process. Next time I would like to buy the leg which is bigger but has more meat then the hand that I bought.

Hi there, regarding your products, I've been ever delighted.
But I'd like to let you know that I phoned you guys to ask for some detail about my purchase. So I decided to switch to Spanish, and the lady who attended to me was kind of rude and hung up my call before I finished. My experience was awful, any clients can't stand this situation with your employees. Thanks
