I am very satisfied with this product. At first when i've read all the feedbacks i was concerned but i found out it is a very nice quality and taste. Not too much fat, mine was all good meaty, less fat. ???? I will come back at it any time, thanks.

It is my first time to buy a complete Iberica jambon. The delivery is fast. The taste and flavor are very good. The color of meat is dark red, not so dry and not so wet.
One more point I want to mention is that the fat seems too much. After remove the fat, and fascia , the really good clean meat seems not so much. I am not sure if other Iberica Jambon all like this or not. I probably would come back and try another one.

Dear,
I received your delivery, and still did not tried it, but I would like to advise you, since you are sending a expensive and delicate product I would have preferred to received packed in some polystyrene to protect more from heat, so a better packaging would be recommended from my point of view.

These are excellent products all over, the best jamon iberico I have purchased. There's no going back to average supermarket 'prosciutto' after this. Also, the delivery has always been super fast, even to Nothern Europe

I was surprised for incredibly fast shipping by the Jamo team, even thou bit pricey, and obviously quality of products are amazing!
