Keine intensiven Aromen und daher auch sehr wenig Geschmack. 5% Jahre sind einfach zu lange für den Schinken. Auch das der Schinken mit der Hand geschnitten wurde ist eine große Enttäuschung da die Scheiben teilweise zu dick geschnitten waren, so dass man sie kaum mehr essen konnte.
Werde ich nicht mehr kaufen da es eine große Enttäuschung ist.

Thanks Andreas for your review. Usually the 5J ham is a top quality product. It might have been a bag which hasn't been thin sliced and the flavour may not be the normal. I hope the Jamonarium PataNegra ham from Guijuelo has been a good option. We hope we will see you again in Jamonarium. Kind regards
