J'ai commandé une "Épaule de Cebo Ibèrique, 50% Race Ibérique". Livraison du produit 3 jours après, parfait état du colis, jambon emballé avec beaucoup de soins. Je viens de le goûter, c'est une merveille. Très parfumé, le jambon est goûteux et on a du mal à le quitter à l'apéro. Il est vraiment délicat et ce serait dommage d'en faire un repas, je conseille de le déguster pour... lui-même !
Une première expérience donc très concluante...
