Sobre la paleta de bellota 5j de Jabugo de 5.5 kg.
El problema es que mas de la mitad era grasa que tuve que tirar. Si descuento el hueso y la grasa me quedo algo mas de 1/2 kg de jamón, eso si era bueno pero breve.

Hola Juan, gracias por tus comentarios. Después de más de 40 años vendiendo jamón sabemos que por muy buen producto que tengamos siempre hay alguna pieza que sale un poco con mucha grasa. Decirte, como seguro que ya sabes, que las paletas tienen alrededor de un 60% de grasa, hueso y piel. Eso es así porque la paletilla tiene mucho hueso y porque el ibérico tienen mucha grasa. Te propongo que nos escribas por mail y vemos que ha podido pasar con el producto. Este es un producto de máxima calidad, una paleta Bellota 5J Cinco Jotas de Jabugo. Gracias por adelantado.
