Los productos y el soporte han sido geniales.
No puedo dar las 5 estrellas porque he tenido un problema con la página web, que se ha convertido en un problema en la entrega del pedido.
Después de realizar un primer pedido necesitaba realizar otro con otra dirección de entrega. No me fue posible añadir una nueva dirección a "mis direcciones" (después de introducir todos los datos no era posible guardarlos) así no tuve otra opción que modificar una de mis direcciones ya existentes, concretamente la del primer pedido, ya realizado. Los cambios de dirección se aplicaron también al pedido ya realizado y finalmente ambos pedidos se entregaron a la dirección modificada.
En mi opinión, una vez que un pedido se ha finalizado, los cambios en "mis direcciones" no le deberían afectar.
Por favor, tómenlo como una posible mejora a la página web.

Tot i que m'agrada el pernil, haig de dir que no sóc un entes, però hi ha coses que no crec que siguin del tot correctes en la peça que he comprat, com que hi ha part molt dures, mes aviat seques i un bon troç lateral sense pernil, que fa que la visió de la pecça sigui més aviat petita, que no pas agradable. En tot cas, està bo, molt bo.
Potser la propera vegada mho miri millor i faci comparacions visuals en altres estableciments.

El confit de Pato de la Casa Más Pares es un producto de muy buena calidad.
Hace años que lo conozco y he probado otras marcas y ninguna como esta.

Ich hatte einen Serrano-schinken von 7,6 kg bestellt, von dem grade mal 500 g Schinken vorhanden war! Dazu kommt, dass die Keule einen sehr unangenehmer Geruch hat und somit der Knochen auch nicht für eine Suppeneinlage verwendet werden kann. Eine echte Enttäuschung, für diesen Preis von knapp 80 € habe ich mir mehr erhofft. Würde ich nicht weiter empfehlen.

Hola Josep, gracias por tus comentarios. Intentamos siempre seleccionar las paletas en su punto justo de curación, ni muy secas ni muy tiernas. Aun así cada paleta es un mundo y además a cada uno de nosotros nos gusta más o menos tierna. También decir que las paletas más curadas tienen menos grasa y las que son más jugosas más grasa. Con todo esto si crees que tu paleta no estaba bien, contacta con nosotros por mail y vemos cual era el problema. Gracias y saludos!
