Gracias Lluís por tus comentarios. Lamentamos si el paquete ni llevaba la targeta regalo. Como tu bien dices, damos la opción de añadir una tarjeta regalo para poder enviar unas palabras al destinatario/a. Tenemos un procedimiento bastante fiable para que no nos olvidemos, pero esta vez se quedó por nuestro almacén seguramente. Seguiremos mejorando para que no vuelva a ocurrir!!! Gracias.
