Très fonctionnel, mais aussi sympa à voir. Bien conçu, le système pour tourner le jambon sans le défaire de la griffe est très pratique. L'ensemble est très lourd et stable, simple à nettoyer. Le seul bémol serait qu'il est bien trop grand pour les jambons de chevreuil ou de sanglier, mais pour trancher un jambon de porc sans se prendre la tête, il devient vite indispensable. Je le recommande sans hésiter.

Un régal. Savoureux, moelleux. Juste ce qu'il faut de gras. Et puis, on sent vraiment que cette viande a du goût. Je n'en suis pas à mon premier jambon, mais vraiment, celui-ci est incomparable...

Difficile de choisir un site de vente en ligne de jambon ! J'ai tenté jamonarium car il a de bons avis sur internet. Et je ne suis pas déçu ! Le site donne beaucoup d'informations et ça permet de mieux orienter son choix. J'ai choisi un jambon bellota 50% ibérique. J'avais peur de tomber sur un jambon rempli de gras .... Mais finalement le jambon est de très bonnes qualité! Après avoir enlevé une fine couche de gras du jambon savoureux est là. Le jambon est arrivé 2j après la commande. Première expérience réussie, je recommanderai un jambon sur ce site sans hésiter.
