Bought 13 assortments of sliced bellota ham, to educate myself on the differences. I have to say it is an excellent experiment, kind of like wine tasting. Each and every one has its unique, and wonderful taste.

We live in Transylvania, a long way away, and our ham arrived the following day. Excellent customer service.
