J' ai gouté le jambon hier. Il est conforme à mes attentes.

Dans les années 1970, je mangeais dans les bars à tapas à Barcelone les mêmes jambons, mais il me semble bien plus persillés avec du gras au milieu du rouge. Avait vous ce même type de jambon ?
