Per quanto riguarda il prosciutto crudo, ho aperto due buste delle pervenute, e trovo che vi è una eccessiva presenza di grasso. No che non ci deve essere, ma è in quantità eccessiva.

Bonjour Sadio, Merci de votre avis. Il faut savoir que les épaules Bellota ibériques ont pas mal de gras. Normalement le 60% de l'épaule est os, gras et peu. Les jambons ont un rapport de viande meilleure. De toute façon si vous etes pas satisfait de la qualité je vous propose de nous contactez par Email pour voir quel est le problème avec la pièce que vous avez reçu. Merci en avance!
