Il primo acquisto lento nella consegna ma di qualità. Il secondo acquisto pessimo! All'interno dello scatolo due prodotti erano pieni di formiche! Erano all'interno dei prosciutti che dicevano essere sotto vuoto invece erano invasi. Pertanto ho dovuto buttare tutti i prodotti poiché non sicuri. Molto deluso.

Hello Vincenzo, thanks for your review. As you know, we have already talked by mail and we have solved this issue. Its important to say that is the first time we have an issue os this kind. Second thing is that we have not seen the product, which was a lomo, because you have put it in the bin. We couldn't know if the problem was in the product, the transport or the storage at home. However we have propose you a solution which you have accepted and have shown gratefulness for our reactivity. For all this we are really surprised you don't explain the solution on the review as well. We thing that there are once in a while an issue with our order, but the most important thing is that we are always there to solve it. As you told us in a mail, this is not going to be your last order. Thanks Vincenzo

La livraison, impeccable dans les délais.\nSeule remarque, le produit annonce et paye pour 5,250 kg pesait 5,200kg.\nEn net cela représente 5,000kg pour le produit. Il ne s'agit pas de contester quoi que ce soit puisque c'est la qualité du produit qui fait sa valeur. Mais les aspects quantitatifs sont difficilement contestables et soumis a des règlementations strictes qui , il me semble, devraient être rigoureusement conformes.\nA déguster sous peu.\nCordialement
