The already known products (cut Jamon de bellota and paleta) have the usual good quality.
I also ordered a boned 1.8 Kg Pata Negra paleta and I'm disappointed by the quality, I got the poorest part of the shoulder, with 75 % of fat and only a few meat.
I love Spanish jamon that consider the best in the world, but if I were looking for good fat I had the opportunity to find much cheaper at my place. I hope next time to be served better since I bought two times at Jamonarium for total € 700!!
