Très bon jambon mais la qualité du support à jambon est catastrophique (et il n'y a même pas de guide pour le monter!). Achetez plutôt une épaule seule, et trouvez un support ailleurs.

Ho preso una paleta 5J anziché un prosciutto, per uso famigliare.
È un piacere tagliare ogni giorno piccole quantità di prelibatezza iberica. La paleta è molto saporita più rustica rispetto ad un prosciutto ma più adatta per uso famigliare. Di un rosso intenso, fibroso e con una componente grassa di una dolcezza mai sentita prima.
Con gli atrezzi giusti diventa uno spettacolo anche il taglio....
