Pour le moment, je ne peux encore donner mon avis que sur l'expédition de mon colis. (je n'ai pas encore déballé le jambon) Dès que nous l'aurons gouté, je vous recontacterai.\nUn seul mot : parfait. Arrivé plus tôt que je ne l'imaginais, emballage impeccable et livreur sympa.\nUne petite peur en recevant un message la veille (colis non livré, personne pour la réception). Manifestement il ne m'était pas destiné puisque hier tout était en ordre.

Je connaissais cette huile, et je l'aime depuis que je l'ai goûtée. Elle est légère, fruitée, fine. En été, utilisée pure sur une tomate accompagnée d'une feuille de basilic et un peu de sel, c'est un vrai délice. Je l'utilise aussi en remplacement du beurre sur des pâtes, dans du potage, etc... Une merveille ! Rien à voir avec les huiles d'olives vendues en supermarché. Je l'ai comparée avec d'autres huiles (Italiennes, Siciliennes, Grecques, ...) je confirme mon choix. De plus elle est d'un bon rapport qualité prix (en comparant ce qui est comparable...)
