Muy buena curación y de sabor equilibrado me gustaría probarlo con su flora en el exterior, creo que ganaría más aún si se sometiera a curación con levaduras propias.
Además el proceso de embutido y secado es perfecto y el salchichón está compacto y no está duro pero si curado con un bocado manteroso al masticarlo y con buen equilibro entre la magra y la grasa.

Jamón muy equilibrado de curación e infiltrado. De sabor más neutro si lo comparamos con el Teruel DOP, aunque por relación calidad-precio está muy por encima de la media. Al igual qué en el Teruel DOP echo en falta jamones más grandes ya que me gustan grasos y con mucho infiltrado y en animales de mayor tamaño y más longevos se consigue esa carne y viendo el gran trabajo que hacen estoy seguro que serían una delicia. Si los tuvieran a la venta estoy interesado en comprarlos muchas gracias.

Jamón de curación homogénea y sabor suave con buen infiltrado y de textura mantecosa muy jugoso.
A mi personalmente me gustaría que sobrepasaran los 10kg ya que me gusta el jamón graso y de alta curación.
Me gustaría saber si los hay de más de 10kg ya que yo los compraría gustoso. Pero la web está limitada.
