Todo perfecto. El pedido vino a los dos días. El jamón estaba en su punto. El punto de sal era el óptimo, ni soso ni salado. Ni muy seco ni tampoco blando. En definitiva, un gran acierto y que repetiré próximamente.

Está muy bueno, en su momento perfecto de curación y con el tocino justo. Sólo tiene un problema, y es que cuando ha sido premiado con tanto galardón esperas el sabor de los jamones de nuestros abuelos que seguramente tenemos idealizados. pero es lo más parecido a aquello
