Tras completar el formulario comenzó el proceso de personalización. Me ofrecieron caja personalizada pero al final no cabían todos los funkos como me habían asegurado. Hubo algunos problemas de comunicación y cambios que no se reflejaron como esperaba. El resultado final es aceptable pero no lo que había imaginado inicialmente.

Hola Sonia, lamentamos lo sucedido y nosotros siempre estamos abiertos a buscar soluciones e intentar mejorar. Es posible que a veces tengamos errores humanos, pero siempre corregimos lo que haga falta para que las figuras queden tal cual cómo queréis. En ningún momento hemos amenazado a nadie, esos comentarios quizás son porque nos pediste unos cambios y luego volviste a hacernos cambiar el trabajo otra vez, y todo eso lleva un tiempo. También es verdad que te hemos escrito para darte una solución y nos has ignorado completamente, asi que no podemos hacer más. Un saludo y disculpa las molestias.

Un trato maravilloso, estan ahi en todo momento para dudas, comentarios, te aconsejan… super bien! Recomendado 100% por no decir el producto! Quedan que son una pasada! No me esperaba ademas que en la base de la caja iba imantado y quedan los funkos personalizados super chulos!!!

¡Increíble trabajo! Han hecho una auténtica obra de arte con el Funko personalizado para mi hermana. El traje de moro español de la comparsa Mostos Españoles de Ontinyent está cuidado hasta el más mínimo detalle, con una calidad y precisión que nos ha dejado sin palabras.

Se nota el cariño y la dedicación en cada parte de la figura. No es solo un Funko, es un recuerdo único y especial que siempre guardaremos con mucho orgullo.

¡Gracias por hacer realidad esta idea tan bonita! Lo recomiendo al 100%.

Durante todo el proceso te van explicando como va el Funko y así te sientes más segura.
Si tienes que hacer modificaciones puedes hacerlas sin problemas.
