J'ai commandé un lit escamotable et malheureusement une des pièces est arrivée cassée. Le service client a réagit très rapidement et la pièce était remplacée en une semaine. C'est vraiment un site très fiable que je recommande et réutiliserai.

El montaje de la cama deja mucho que desear y no nos consideramos novatos en el tema puesto que no es la primera vez que montamos productos de este tipo. Los fresados para encajar los tornillos en algunos casos venían o mal hechos o sin realizar por lo que dificulta la seguridad final y aumenta el tiempo de montaje. También la zona de las cajoneras las ruedas no quedan bien y hace que se tambaleen lo que dificulta su entrada y salida y por último los tiradores tampoco quedan fijos y hemos tenido que añadir nosotros material para que no parezca que están sueltos. Por todo eso no estamos totalmente satisfechos con la compra.
En cuando a los somieres, colchones y almohadas son tal cual se especifican en la descripción del producto y estamos satisfechos.

J?ai commandé un lit qui est malheureusement arrivé abimé à cause du transport (j?ai vu le transporteur faire n?importe quoi?). Au delà du produit qui est un bon rapport qualité - prix, Muemue a été très réactif en renvoyant les éléments abimés et changeant de transporteur. Communication facile via WhatsApp et en Français. Je recommande le site pour ces 2 raisons.
