Compre una cama casita y no venia bien los acabados y para colmo los que montaron tambien dejaron muchas cosas mal. En general la calidad muy baja, una dlas vigas ya esta casi rota y el bebe que duerme solo tiene 3 años?

Purtroppo alcuni materiali sono arrivate danneggiati (probabilmente un colpo nel trasporto). Il servizio clienti è stato immediatamente contattato e mi ha spedito le componenti sostitutive di perfetta qualità.

Ho acquistato un letto singolo pieghevole modello Elsa per la cameretta degli ospiti. Il letto è davvero molto carino e semplice da montare. Muemue ha un ottimo servizio di assistenza clienti, seppur io abbia acquistato il letto tramite il sito di Leroy Merlin ho avuto il loro supporto per qualsiasi tipo di informazione, in particolare relativa alla spedizione e alla consegna. Hanno saputo gestire ogni mia richiesta in modo eccellente. Il letto, inoltre, è arrivato in anticipo rispetto ai tempi previsti.

Ho ordinato letto a castello con letto ospite a scomparsa. Mi è arrivato nei tempi previsti (15gg) facile da montare bello,forte e robusto senza ammaccature. Lo hanno montato i miei figli in 2 ore!! Sono pienamente soddisfatta, comprerò ancora da loro.Grazie MUEMUE! p.s. arrivato dalla spagna con coriere spagnolo senza intermediari, probabilmente per ovviare al fastidio di ammaccatureo danneggiamenti vari.

El mueble es precioso pero ha llegado un tablero golpeado. Lo he reclamado y todavía estoy esperando a que contacten conmigo para cambiarlo. Además había contratado servicio de montaje y al principio me pedían que lo desmontara yo el golpeado y montara el nuevo. Menos mal que eso lo han corregido y se supone que si me lo van montar ellos.

Es correcto que nos confundimos en el momento de crear la la incidencia para enviarle el repuesto y por un error no le tramitamos el cambio con el montaje incluido, pero como usted indica, cambiamos rápidamente el servicio de montaje y desmontaje de la pieza dañada.
Por lo tanto, le confirmo que su pieza esta de camino a su domicilio para que acuda posteriormente el montador y le realice el cambio de la pieza defectuosa por la nueva.

Una pena que la entrega y montaje sea con persona ajeno. Tiempos muy largos de espera (casi un mes). Mala coordinación y daños en el montaje. La empresa pone soluciones pero el disgusto y la espera no te la quita nadie

Lamentablemente no disponemos de transporte propio, por lo que nos vemos obligados a trabajar con agencia de transporte ajenas a nosotros y depositar nuestra confianza en su profesionalidad y buen su hacer. Por supuesto vamos a tomar su caso como ejemplo para futuros pedidos.
