Comentarte que tu caso ha servido para cambiar nuestro protocolo a la hora de enviar pianos y avisar de que a veces no se cumple el plazo de envío en 24h por parte de las agencias de transporte. Por otra parte, la fecha en la que te pusiste en contacto con nosotros teníamos parte del personal con COVID y de baja y no dábamos a basto, te pedimos disculpas.
