Compré varios lotes para regalar . Están muy bien presentados, además lo acompañé de una nota de felicitación para estas fiestas.
Son productos de muy buena calidad.
De los tres pedidos que hice , dos llegaron enseguida. El último hubo el problema que uno de los productos estaba agotado y hube de cambiarlo.

Todo lo referente a los productos y a vuestro trato, genial, y el regalo todo un acierto, con una calidad excelente. Pero la compañía encargada de entregar el producto, realmente penoso, desde un viernes, al lunes siguiente, y todo por repartidor incompetente. No fusiones con ellos en esta zona, porque no os hace ningún favor. Muchas gracias por todo y hasta la próxima. Felices fiestas!

Hemos comprado 17 cestas y todas las paletas venían con ácaros. Tras varias veces de hablar con ellos NO se hacen responsable de ello habiéndole mandado vídeos donde claramente se ven los ácaros caminando por la paleta. Una vergüenza. Todavía me toca gastar dinero para reponer las cestas del sorteo.
Empresa irresponsable, no recomendada.

Cómo usted bien sabe y hemos hablado varias veces, en el jamón que usted ha tenido el acaro y del que hemos recibido el video de una sola unidad de las 17 que ha comprado y las 16 unidades restantes están cómo nos ha indicado usted en perfecto estado, se lo vamos a retirar y a reponer otro jamón entero del que se hará cargo el fabricante ya que salieron directamente de fábrica para usted.
