Fatal!!! Un servicio penoso. Llevo desde el día 7 que hice la compra esperando que llegue el paquete y me ponen de excusa el temporal, cuando me han estado llegando paquetes de todas partes de España!
Además tuve que llamar porque ponía que el pago estaba pendiente de transferencia cuando lo pagué con tarjeta....lamentable la verdad

Estimado cliente, el 99% de nuestros envíos llegan en 24 horas, ya que es el servicio contratado con la agencia de transportes, pero debido a las incidencias climatológicas que asoló Madrid (y gran parte de España), algunos envíos sufrieron retraso, lamentamos mucho que haya sido el de usted.
