Estimado cliente, como usted bien dice, en el momento que conocimos la incidencia, la solventamos, y como indicas usted recibió su pedido al día siguiente de comunicarnos la incidencia.
Si usted como cliente no nos indica que su pedido ha sufrido una incidencia, y la agenca de transportes tampoco, nosotros no lo podíamos saber.
No obstante, en un futuro, estaremos más atento, para que no nos sucedan casos como el suyo..
