Pésima la recepción del producto. Todo el día esperando y a las 20:15 me quieren entregar solo una parte de lo solicitado y abonado. Al final con 5 días de retraso tuve que ir a recogerlo en persona. La empresa vendedora se desentendió de la entrega tirando balones fuera. No lo recomiendo ni volveré a comprar. Poca profesionalidad y poca responsabilidad.

Buena relación calidad-precio y buena presentación. Mejoraría el tiempo que tardan en preparar el pedido. En mi caso, hice el pedido un lunes por la mañana y hasta el miércoles por la tarde no salió del almacén, por lo que no llegó a tiempo para el amigo invisible que era el viernes.

He recibido un lote navideño de esta empresa sin que yo lo haya comprado. No sé quien lo ha enviado ni por qué, el remitente es la propia empresa. Por cierto, el tarro de crema de queso llegó roto. En fin, gracias por el detalle pero me da un poco de temor consumir un producto que yo no he pedido ni se su origen.
