Pidiendo dos cestas a la vez, una llegó sin problema y muy rápido y la otra no llegó en fecha. Me llamaron dos veces por no disponibilidad de algún producto de la cesta que finalmente fueron sustituidos por otros.
Esa fue la única pega.
En cuanto hicieron el envío la cesta llegó rápido y disfrutamos de unos embutidos de muy buena calidad.

Me llamaron antes de hacer el envío porque no tenían stock de algún producto, que decidimos cambiar por otro similar.
No hubo ningún problema porque son productos de muy buena calidad, muy bien presentado, fue un regalo y quedaron muy contentos. Repetiremos.

Estimado Javier, en primer lugar pedirle disculpas por el retraso en su pedido, pero debido a los protocolos de seguridad que adoptaron las agencias de transportes, los plazos de entrega sufrieron un retraso generalizado. Esperamos que entienda usted, que esta situación ha sido algo excepcional, y por supuesto ajena a Regalos Gourmet Online.

Tanto el producto como la presentación están muy bien. Sin embargo, la experiencia de compra en general no fue buena. Hice el pedido para el dia de la madre y pagué por transferencia bancaria. Dado que no me llegaba el email de confirmación por parte de Regalos Gourmet, tuve que llamar para que confirmasen que habían recibido la transferencia y enviasen el producto. Al final, llegó varios dias mas tarde del dia de la madre, pero no sé realmente cuanto habrían tardado si no hubiese llamado para ver el estado del pedido.
