Estimado David, lamentamos mucho las molestias ocasionadas en el retraso de su envío, pero debido a las circunstancias extraordinarias que ha sufrido nuestro país (covid-19), las agencias de transportes adoptaron unos protocolos de seguridad que hicieron que los envíos sufrieran retrasos generalizados.
Ha sido una circunstancia ajena a nuestra empresa la que ha provocado que se retrasara su pedido, confiamos que usted lo entienda y vuelva a adquirir productos de nuestra tienda y comprobará que los envíos son rápidos.

El trato del mensajero no fue el más cordial y deseado que me hubiera gustado recibir... después de pagar gastos de envío para que me lo traigan a la puerta del domicilio , tuve que bajar a la calle yo a por mi pedido porque el mensajero se negaba a subir a un tercer piso porque decía que no había ascensor y más cosas negativas que ya comuniqué a la tienda con la que gestioné mi pedido , y fueron los únicos que se disculparon aún no siendo un trabajador directo de su fábrica , pero acepté que contactasen conmigo , aún así el baúl me encantó salvo este incidente.
