Experiencia absolutamente PENOSA!!!!! hice un pedido para el dia de la madre con 7 dias de antelacion y no llego a tiempo tras varias reclamaciones que no me dejaron horquilla para poder gestionar otro regalo
me han estado dando vueltas y mas vueltas para retrocederme el dinero y a dia de hoy no lo he recibido.

Estimada Esther, lamentamos mucho su incidencia. Para nosotros tampoco es agradable la situación que se ha generado a causa de los protocolos de seguridad (Covid-19) que adoptaron las agencias de transportes que han retrasado alguno de los envíos realizados.
Lamentablemente usted ha sido uno de esos envíos que se han visto afectados por los protocolos de seguridad y no se pudo realizar la entrega en tiempo.

Recibí un regalo comprado en esta tienda y me encantaron sus productos. Será una tienda habitual para los regalos. Pero tuve problemas a la hora de realizar la compra en mi último pedido y lo dejé sin finalizar por tiempo. Y como pero, puedo decir que he visto subidas de precio en muy poco tiempo.

Envío rápido y buenos productos. Como pega decir que me llamaron para decirme que no disponían de mejillones y que me ofrecían zamburiñas o sardinillas; elegí zamburiñas pero metieron chipirones. Por suerte era para mi padre y le gusta todo, pero nos gustaría que hubiesen sido mejillones o las zamburiñas.
