Estimada Myriam, lamentamos mucho que no haya quedado satisfecha con la agencia de transportes, pero estas debido a la situación actual (Covid-19) adoptaron una serie de medidas de seguridad que hizo retrasar algunos envíos, y que mucho me temo que usted fué una de las perjudicadas, para dar prioridad a envíos de carácter sanitario.

Estoy muy desencantada con mi último pedido, era un regalo de cumpleaños y la empresa si se porto bien pero la compañía de transporte lo “perdió” o se le olvidó entregarlo y ha llegado una semana más tarde a pesar de haberlo comprado con mucha antelación... Anteriormente hice otro pedido y llegó perfecto en la fecha acordada pero este último ha dejado mucho que desear, y se que únicamente es culpa de MRW, pero no volveré a jugármela

Estimada Myriam, desde Regalos Gourmet Online lamentamos mucho que la agencia de transportes perdiese su paquete y no haya podido ser entregado el día del cumpleaños.
Resaltar, que las agencias de transportes, debido a la situación actual (Covid-19) adoptaron una serie de medidas como protocolo de seguridad, lo que hizo que se retrasasen algunos envíos o incluso se hayan perdido como ha sido su caso.
