El pedido se perdió por el camino, donde su empresa dice que la recepción del pedido es en 24,48H, a mí me tardó 5 días en llegar. Al ponerme en contacto con la empresa de reparto, decían que tenían una incidencia anotada y que no sabían exactamente donde estaba el envío.
Luego a los dos días siguientes, sin haberme informado de nada por parte de la empresa de reparto ni de la suya, recibí el paquete en perfectas condiciones.
Decirles que estoy contento con el producto, pero no con la empresa de reparto, al menos en último pedido.
