Todo correcto. Mi única queja es que los sobres de jamón ibérico de bellota que pedí no llegan a los 100 gramos como indica el catálogo ( Uno de ellos sólo incluye 80 gramos).

Tuve problemas en el tiempo de envío, el cual fue superior a 7 días, y tuve que pasar mensaje para reclamarlo. La caja con el jamón me llegó abierta, y el jamón no llevaba ningún tipo de embalaje, iba suelto en la caja. Llamé para comentarlo y no hubo ni extrañeza. Relación precio calidad normal.

Buenas tardes Mercedes, muchas gracias por sus comentarios, le pedimos disculpas por el retraso en su pedido, pero en esas fechas, por acumulación de trabajo de las agencias de transporte incumplen el servicio, respecto al embalaje, consideramos que era suficiente porque la caja salio totalmente cerrada de nuestras instalaciones, no obstante las próximas paletas y jamones que enviemos irán también en malla de algodón, muchas gracias, un saludo

los 4 estuches para regalo para sus clientes que usted compró, se enviaron el mismo día, al día siguiente de usted realizar la compra (el servicio que contratamos pera el envío fue Seur 24 h) el pedido que se retraso fue por incumplimiento de servicio de la agencia de transporte, con la que hablamos en numerosas ocasiones, para hacer todo lo que estaba en nuestra manos para que su cliente recibiera su regalo.
